2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use.

a) When visiting the website

When you call our website www.mow.de the browser used on your terminal automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until its automatic deletion:

  • IP-address of the requesting computer,

  • date and time of access,

  • name and URL of the called file,

  • website from which access has been carried out (referrer-URL),

  • used browser and possibly the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

The indicated data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

  • for ensuring a smooth connection set-up of the website,

  • for ensuring the convenient use of our website.

Evaluation of system safety and stability as well as for further administrative purposes.The legal basis for this data processing is art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our justified interest is based on the purposes for data collection listed above. On no account will we use the collected data for drawing conclusions about you. Furthermore we use cookies as well as analytic services when visiting our website. For further explanations see figure 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration.

b) Registration for our newsletter

If you have expressly agreed acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1, lit. a DSGVO we will use your email-address for regularly sending you our newsletter. An email-address will be sufficient for the receipt of the newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time, e.g. via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively you can feel free to unsubscribe at all times by e-mail under .

c) Use of our contact form

For questions of any kind we offer you the opportunity of contacting us via a form we have provided on our website. For this please give us your valid email-address so we know whom the request came from and can answer it. Further indications can be given on a voluntary basis. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us will be carried out acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily given agreement. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted automatically when your inquiry has been completed.

3. Data transfer

Transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those hereinafter referred to will not take place. We only share your personal data with third parties if:

  • You have given us your express consent acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,

  • the transfer of data acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit f DSGVO is required for asserting exercising or defending titles and there is no reason to assume that you have an interest in the non-transfer of your data which is primarily worthy of protection

  • there is a legal obligation for the transfer acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO as well as

  • if this is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of the contract with you acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our page. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your terminal (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our page. Cookies do not damage your terminal, they do not contain viruses, Trojans, or any other malware. Information which result in connection with the specifically used terminal are filed in the cookie. However, this does not mean that we are immediately aware of your identity. On the one side cookies are used to ensure that you can use our offer in a more convenient way. E.g. we use so-called session cookies to identify that you have already visited some pages of our website. When you leave our pages they are automatically deleted. On the other hand we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for optimizing our offer for you (see fig. 5). In case of another visit these cookies enable us to automatically identify that you have already visited us. After a defined period these cookies are automatically deleted. The data processed by the cookies is required to safeguard our justified interest as well as that of third parties for the indicated purposes acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit f DSGVO. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configurate your browser in a way to ensure that no cookies are stored on it or that a note is displayed each time before a new cookie is being created. However, complete deactivation of cookies can involve that you cannot use all features of our website.

5. Analysis tools

The tracking measures hereinafter referred to have been implemented by us based on art. 6, section 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. By the use of these tracking measures we want to ensure the result-orientated design and continuous optimisation of our website. Furthermore we implement the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for optimizing our offer for you. This interest is to be considered as justified according to the regulation indicated above. i) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web-analyzing-service of Google Inc., for the result-orientated design and continuous optimization of our pages. (www.google.de/intl/de/about/)(1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as „Google“). In this connection usage profiles in the form of pseudonyms are created and cookies used (see under fig. 4). The information generated by the cookie regarding the use of this website by you such as

  • browser-type /version,

  • used operating system,

  • referrer-URL (the previously visited page),

  • host name of the requesting computer (IP-address),

time of server inquiry, will be transferred to one of Google's servers in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compose reports on website activities and to render further services connected with the use of the website and Internet for the purpose of market research and result-orientated design of these Internet pages. This information is possibly also transferred to third parties if prescribed by law or inasmuch as third parties process this data on behalf of others. On no account will your IP address be connected with any other of Google's data. The IP addresses are anonymised so that there allocation is made impossible (IP masking). You can prevent the installation of cookies by an appropriate setting of your browser software; however, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that, if doing so, you can possibly not entirely use all the function of this website.  Furthermore you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and referring to the use of the website by you (incl. your IP-address) as well as processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser-add-on (https:// tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). Alternatively to the browser-add-on - and, in particular, with browsers on mobile terminals - you can furthermore prevent collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out-cookie is set preventing the collection of your data in the future when you visit this website. This opt-out-cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and it will be filed in your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must again set the opt-out-cookie. ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for you for the purpose of optimization we furthermore use Google Conversion Tracking. For this Google Adwords set a cookie on your computer (see fig. 4), if you have got to our website via a Google ad. After 30 days these cookies become void and they are not meant for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords-customer's website, and if the cookie has not yet become void, then Google and the customer can identify that the user had clicked on the ad and has been guided to this page.

The data protection authorities demand the conclusion of an order data processing contract for the admissible use of Google Analytics. A corresponding model is offered by Google under www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.pdf

Each Adwords-customer will receive an individual cookie. By this the cookies cannot be tracked via the websites by Adwords customers. The information obtained with the help of conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords-customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The Adwords-customers are informed about the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and been passed on to a page on which a conversion tracking date is indicated. However, they do not receive information with which users can personally identify themselves. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process you can refuse to set a cookie required for this - e.g. by a browser setting which in general deactivates automatic browser setting. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser in a way that cookies are blocked by the domain „www.googleadservices.com“. iii) Matomo

We use the open-source-software Matomo for the analysis and statistical evaluation of the website use. For this we use cookies (see fig. 4). The information generated by the cookie via the website use is transferred to the server and compiled in pseudonym usage profiles. This information is used to evaluate the use of the website and to enable a result-orientated design of our website. This information is not transferred to third parties. On no account will the IP-address be associated with other data relating to the user. The IP-addresses are anonymised to make their allocation impossible (IP-masking). Currently your visit to this website is recorded by the Matomo web analysis. Click under (matamo.org docs/privacy/),to ensure that your visit is no longer recorded.

6. Social Media Plug-Ins

Based on art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO we use social plug-ins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on our website to make us better known. The related promotional purpose is to be considered to be a justified interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The respective provider has to take over liability for data-protection-compliant operations. Integration of these plug-ins by us is carried out by way of the so-called double-click-method to protect the visitors of our website in the best possible way.

a) Facebook

On our website we use social media plug-ins from Facebook to better personalise their usage. For this purpose we press the "LIKE" or "DIVIDE" button. This is one of Facebook's offer. If you call a page of our web presence containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of Facebook. The contents of the plug-in is directly transmitted to your browser and integrated by it into the website.

Through the plug-in integration Facebook will receive an information saying that your browser has called the corresponding page of our web presence, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in at Facebook at that moment. This information (including your IP-address) is directly transferred by your browser to one of Facebook's servers in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in at Facebook the latter can directly allocated the visit to our website to your Facebook account. When you interact with the plug-ins, e.g. press the "LIKE" or "DIVIDE" button the corresponding information is also directly transmitted to one of Facebook's servers and stored there. Furthermore this information is published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for advertising and market research purposes and for the result-orientated design of Facebook pages. For this purpose Facebook created usage, interest and relation profiles. e.g. to evaluate your use of our website in relation to the advertisements displayed on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services connected with the use of Facebook. If you do not wish that Facebook allocate the data collected via our web presence to your Facebook account you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. Please refer to the Facebook's data protection instructions(www.facebook.com/about/privacy/) regarding the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and usage of the data by Facebook as well as your respective right and setting options to ensure protection of your privacy.

b) Twitter

Plug-ins of the Twitter Inc.'s (Twitter) short messages network have been integrated on our Internet pages. You can identify the Twitter plug-ins (tweet-buttons) by the Twitter-logo on our page. You will find an overview about tweet-buttons under(about.twitter.com/resources/buttons). If you call a page of our web presence which contains such a plug-in a direct connection will be made between your browser and the Twitter-server. By this Twitter receive the information that you have visited our page with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter "tweet-button" while being logged in on your Twitter account you can link the contents of our pages on your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we as a provider of the pages have no knowledge about the contents of the transferred data as well as their use by Twitter. If you do not wish that Twitter is able to allocate the visit to our pages you have to log out of your Twitter user account. c) Instagram

On our website Instagram also use so-called social plug-ins ("Plug-ins") which are operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA („Instagram“). The plug-ins are marked by an Instagram-logo, e.g. in the form of an "Instagram-camera". If you call a page of our web presence which contains such a plug-in your browser will establish a direct connection to Instagram's servers. The contents of the plug-in is directly transferred to your browser by Instagram and integrated into the page. By this integration Instagram will receive the information that your browser has called the corresponding page of our web presence, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged in at Instagram at that moment. This information (including your IP-address) is transferred by your browser directly to one of Instagram's servers in the USA where it is stored. If you are logged in at Instagram the latter can directly allocate the visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plug-ins, e.g. push the "Instagram" button, then this information is also directly transferred to one of Instagram's servers and stored there. The information is also  published on your Instagram account where it is displayed to your contacts. If you do not wish that Instagram directly allocate the data collected via our web presence to your Instagram account you have to log out from Instagram prior to your visit to our website. d) YouTube

Our website uses plug-ins of the YouTube site operated by Google. YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066 USA is the website operator. If you visit one of our pages on the site equipped with a YouTube plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established. At the same time the YouTube server is informed about the pages of our site that you have visited. If you are logged in to your YouTube account you offer YouTube the possibility of assigning your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out from your YouTube account. We use YouTube to present our on-line offers in an appealing way and therefore this use is based on art. 6 [1] f of DSGVO (Data Protection Decree). We only record the number of calls of the YouTube videos integrated in our website, and this data is deleted after a period of two years. 7. Interested parties' rights

You are entitled to:

Request information about your personal data processed by us acc. to art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you are entitled to request information about the processing purposes, the category of the personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or is being disclosed, the planned storage term, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, existence of a right of appeal, origin of your data if the latter has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of an automated decision including profiling and possibly meaningful information regarding their details;

request immediate correction of wrong data or completion of your personal data stored with us acc. to art. 16 DSGVO;

request deletion of your personal data stored with us acc. to art. 17 DSGVO, unless its processing is required for exercising a right of free expression of opinion and information, for meeting a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for enforcing, exercising or defending legal claims;

request a restriction of processing your personal data acc. to art. 18 DSGVO inasmuch as the correctness of the data is contested by you, its processing is illegal, but you refuse its deletion and we do no longer need the data, but you need it for enforcing, exercising or defending legal claims or have appealed against processing acc. to art. 21 DSGVO;

receiving your personal data which you have made available to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format acc. to art. 20 DSGVO or request its transfer to another responsible person;

revoke at any time the consent you once gave us acc. to art. 7, section 3 DSGVO. As a consequence of this we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing which was based on that consent in the future, and

acc. to art. 77 DSGVO you are entitled to complain at a supervisory authority. In general, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or working place or the seat of our office.

8. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed based on justified interest acc. to art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO you will have the right acc. to art. 21 DSGVO to object against processing of your personal data, if there are any reasons resulting from your special situation or if the objection is against direct advertising. In the latter case you will have a general right of objection which will be exercised by us without any special situation. 9. Data safety

Within the scope of the visit to the website we use the widespread SSL-procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the corresponding maximum level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support a 256 bit encryption we will revert to 128 bit v3 technology. By the display of the closed key and/or lock symbol in the lowermost status line of your browser you will see whether a single page of our Internet presence is transferred in an encrypted way.
