time of server inquiry, will be transferred to one of Google's servers in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compose reports on website activities and to render further services connected with the use of the website and Internet for the purpose of market research and result-orientated design of these Internet pages. This information is possibly also transferred to third parties if prescribed by law or inasmuch as third parties process this data on behalf of others. On no account will your IP address be connected with any other of Google's data. The IP addresses are anonymised so that there allocation is made impossible (IP masking). You can prevent the installation of cookies by an appropriate setting of your browser software; however, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that, if doing so, you can possibly not entirely use all the function of this website.  Furthermore you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and referring to the use of the website by you (incl. your IP-address) as well as processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser-add-on (https:// tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). For this Google Adwords set a cookie on your computer (see fig. 4), if you have got to our website via a Google ad. After 30 days these cookies become void and they are not meant for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords-customer's website, and if the cookie has not yet become void, then Google and the customer can identify that the user had clicked on the ad and has been guided to this page.

The data protection authorities demand the conclusion of an order data processing contract for the admissible use of Google Analytics. A corresponding model is offered by Google under www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.pdf

Each Adwords-customer will receive an individual cookie. By this the cookies cannot be tracked via the websites by Adwords customers. The information obtained with the help of conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords-customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The Adwords-customers are informed about the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and been passed on to a page on which a conversion tracking date is indicated. However, they do not receive information with which users can personally identify themselves. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process you can refuse to set a cookie required for this - e.g. by a browser setting which in general deactivates automatic browser setting. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser in a way that cookies are blocked by the domain „www.googleadservices.com“. 6. Social Media Plug-Ins

Based on art. 6, section 1, sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO we use social plug-ins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on our website to make us better known. The related promotional purpose is to be considered to be a justified interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The respective provider has to take over liability for data-protection-compliant operations. Integration of these plug-ins by us is carried out by way of the so-called double-click-method to protect the visitors of our website in the best possible way.

On our website we use social media plug-ins from Facebook to better personalise their usage. For this purpose we press the "LIKE" or "DIVIDE" button. This is one of Facebook's offer. If you call a page of our web presence containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of Facebook. The contents of the plug-in is directly transmitted to your browser and integrated by it into the website.

Through the plug-in integration Facebook will receive an information saying that your browser has called the corresponding page of our web presence, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in at Facebook at that moment. This information (including your IP-address) is directly transferred by your browser to one of Facebook's servers in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in at Facebook the latter can directly allocated the visit to our website to your Facebook account. When you interact with the plug-ins, e.g. press the "LIKE" or "DIVIDE" button the corresponding information is also directly transmitted to one of Facebook's servers and stored there. Furthermore this information is published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for advertising and market research purposes and for the result-orientated design of Facebook pages. If you click on the Twitter "tweet-button" while being logged in on your Twitter account you can link the contents of our pages on your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we as a provider of the pages have no knowledge about the contents of the transferred data as well as their use by Twitter. If you do not wish that Twitter is able to allocate the visit to our pages you have to log out of your Twitter user account. The plug-ins are marked by an Instagram-logo, e.g. in the form of an "Instagram-camera". If you call a page of our web presence which contains such a plug-in your browser will establish a direct connection to Instagram's servers. The contents of the plug-in is directly transferred to your browser by Instagram and integrated into the page. By this integration Instagram will receive the information that your browser has called the corresponding page of our web presence, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged in at Instagram at that moment. This information (including your IP-address) is transferred by your browser directly to one of Instagram's servers in the USA where it is stored. If you are logged in at Instagram the latter can directly allocate the visit to our website to your Instagram account. If you interact with the plug-ins, e.g. push the "Instagram" button, then this information is also directly transferred to one of Instagram's servers and stored there.
